Delivery timelines and milestones will be established in individual project agreements. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change based on project requirements and circumstances.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We make no warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from using our services or the accuracy of any information obtained through our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RND MERCH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
